Who we are

The bench you can't justify hiring.

What we do better than anyone is read the player: what they prefer, how often they come, and how much of their month you hold. Everything else we know exists to move those three numbers. We are the bench that does it, on loan, from a floor that looks like yours.

The property

Playground. Kahnawà:ke, Canada.

One of the larger poker operations in North America, a thirteen hundred unit gaming floor, three restaurants, and an eighty room hotel opening in 2027. A competitive market with a large city next door and no shortage of alternatives for our players.

We are not describing a former career. We go back to this floor on Monday.

Why it matters

We have made every one of these decisions with real money behind it.

The reason an operator takes a call from another operator is simple. You already know whether the person on the other end has ever had to defend an offer value to a finance team, or explain a soft Tuesday, or decide whether the poker room earns its square footage. Most people selling you growth work have not. We have, this quarter.

The record

5
Consecutive years of double-digit slot floor growth

The only trajectory we know is up.

Five years running, our slot floor has grown by double digits year over year. Not one year of it came from a competitor closing or a lucky quarter. It came from reading the player properly and then building a promotional mix that adds trips instead of moving them around the calendar.

That is the number we would ask you to weigh, because it is the one that is hardest to fake and the one we intend to reproduce on your floor.

What we actually bring.

01

Player behaviour, read properly

This is the whole thing. What your players actually prefer, at what denomination, in what session shape, on which day. Which of them are one trip a month away from being worth double. What share of their gambling month you currently hold and what it would take to hold more of it. Every other line below is a way of acting on this one.

02

Promotions that create trips instead of moving them

The hardest thing in this business is a promotion that lifts visits, length of stay and average monthly theo per player without cannibalizing the trip they were making anyway. It is where most properties quietly lose the largest amount of money, because a redemption count looks like success. We test every offer against a holdout, so you find out which visits you actually bought.

03

Poker, told straight

We run one of the larger rooms on the continent. What a dealer costs per hour per open table, what comp and food allocation really does to departmental contribution, where cross-play between the room and the floor gets left behind. We will show you our own numbers to make the argument, which is not a thing people in this business do.

04

Reinvestment discipline

Most mid-size properties send eighteen to thirty percent of theoretical win back out the door without a segment-level view of who actually needed it. We built ours segment by segment and tested the cuts against a control group before believing any of it.

05

AI that does work, not slides

Analysis, asset production, reporting and customer contact all run through an orchestration layer we built and use daily. It is the reason a small senior team can do this at a published fifteen thousand dollars instead of a bespoke seventy-five.

06

A floor engine nobody would sell us

So we built it. It scores every unit for moves, conversions, removals and acquisitions, each costed and benchmarked. It is not a product you licence. It is tooling we run on your behalf.

The honest part

The operating record is long. The client record starts now.

This venture is new and pretending otherwise would be the first thing to disqualify us. We have not published a client case study, and when we do it will carry a number the client verified. What we will not do is imply a portfolio we do not have.

What is not new is the floor. The recipes were built and tested somewhere it cost us money to be wrong, which is the only credential in this business worth anything.

Come and check.

Forty-five minutes, no charge, no deck. Ask us anything you would ask a peer at a bar at a conference, and you will get the same answer.
