The audit

One price. Every property.

Three weeks. A read on how your players actually behave, a ranked and costed list of what to do about it, and a written standard for measuring anything that follows.

$15,000
Fixed. Published.

The same number whether you run five hundred units or thirteen hundred. Every firm in this business makes you ask what it costs and then prices you on what they think you can pay. One published number ends that conversation before it starts.

If you engage us afterwards, the full amount comes off your first invoice.

What three weeks produces.

01

A player behaviour read

How often each segment comes, how long they stay, what they actually prefer to play, and what their trip interval is doing month over month. Then the number almost nobody has: roughly how much of each player's gambling month you are holding, and which segments are one trip away from being worth materially more.

02

A promotional cannibalization test

Your existing promotional calendar, read for which offers created a visit and which paid for one you already had. This is where the largest single number in the audit usually sits, in both directions.

03

A reinvestment breakdown

Free play, comps, points, promotions and gift cost, mapped by tier and by segment rather than in aggregate. You will see which segments are buying visits and which are being paid to do something they were going to do anyway.

04

A database valuation

How many players are genuinely active, how many stopped coming and when, and what reactivation is worth in visits and theoretical win. Sized, not estimated.

05

The ten moves

Ranked by payback, each costed, each with the work required to execute it named. Some are things to stop paying for. Some are revenue you are not collecting. We tell you which is which.

06

A measurement standard

The baseline, the control group, and the named outside events that adjust the number in either direction. Yours to keep whether or not you ever work with us again.

Delivered with a ninety-minute readout, with whoever you want in the room.

Three versions. Same price. Pick one.

What we need

A file your system already knows how to produce. And no player names.

Not an integration project. You hash the player number before anything leaves your building, you keep the key, and everything we hand back is keyed to your hash so you re-identify it inside your own systems.

After

Nothing automatic.

Execute the ten moves yourself, hand them to your existing agency, or ask us to run them. Plenty of properties should do the first, and we would rather say so than sell an engagement nobody needs.

If the opportunity turns out smaller than either of us expected, we say so in writing and you still hold a costed list of what is there. Nobody pays us for nothing.

Start with the conversation.

Forty-five minutes, no charge, no deck. Or score your own property first and decide whether it is worth the call.
